HVAC Tech.: That is out of the box fan. The motor is very small and use very little electricity. I've never heard. One outbreak of fire. They only work until the bushings. Wear out and away from the grind. They are cheap but hard to get that changed. Such as fan motors less in your refrigerator that you do not see them. Long and very secure.
